Tully man charged with DWI after crashing truck through gate at state park, police say

A Tully man was charged Tuesday after he crashed through a gate and entered a state park, according to New York State Police.

 

James E. Hobart, 41, of Tully, was charged with driving while intoxicated, criminal trespass in the third degree and resisting arrest in the third degree. Hobart’s blood alcohol content was 0.17 percent, police said.
