A Stillwater man is charged with felony driving while intoxicated by State Police in Brunswick.
On June 6, the State Police arrested Franklin Lewis, 45, after he was observed on River Road in Schaghticoke driving without a head lamp.
When the trooper stopped Lewis’ vehicle, he observed an open alcohol container and detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. Lewis failed the field sobriety tests, according to police, and was transported back to the Brunswick barracks where he tested at a .08 percent Blood Alcohol Content.
