Man sentenced in June for DUI No. 7 facing 8th drunken driving offense

Less than three weeks after a Billings judge give him three years of probation for a seventh DUI, Robert Loren Mock was arrested July 11 on suspicion of driving drunk in Wheatland County.

Mock, 49, appeared in Yellowstone County District Court earlier this week and is being held at the Yellowstone County Detention Facility on a $15,000 bond.

At a June 24 sentencing hearing, Mock told District Judge Russell C. Fagg that he doesn’t drink anymore.
