Man gets 28 years for drunk-driving death

A Kingman man was sentenced Monday to 28 years in prison for driving drunk and killing a Kingman teenager.

 

Delbert Fred Brechler, 46, was convicted in June of felony manslaughter and aggravated assault and three misdemeanor charges of driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. He was convicted of driving drunk on the night of July 21, 2013, and killing 17-year-old Cody Raymond.
