Longmont police arrested a transient man on suspicion of drunken driving for the 12th time since 1986 on Tuesday, and Boulder County District Attorney Stan Garnett said the arrest serves as an example why the state needs a felony DUI law.
“We have to have every tool available legally to address these issues and felony DUI is a tool,” Garnett said.
