MADD president pushes for beefed-up DWI ignition interlock laws in Texas

MADD president Colleen Sheehey-Church was in Grapevine on Saturday to speak at an annual conference held by SmartStart, an ignition interlock company. Her appearance was in conjunction with one of MADD’s top 2015 initiatives: to get all states to require first-time DWI offenders to install ignition interlock devices in their vehicles.
