Golf cart passenger killed in early morning drunk-driving crash, troopers say

An Ashland County man was killed and two other people were injured shortly after 1 a.m. Saturday morning in a drunk driving crash involving a golf cart in which they were riding.

Robert M. Moore, 49, and Vicky L. White, 47, both of Jeromesville, were riding in an E-Z Go Golf Car driven by Craig L. Franks, 42, of Wooster, when the crash occurred, said Lt. Stephanie A. Norman of the Ohio Highway Patrol’s Wayne County post in a news release.
