A Kingman man who was caught driving on a suspended license is facing a charge of aggravated DUI after test results showed his blood-alcohol content was more than four times the threshold to be considered legally drunk.

Deputies arrested Richard Lee Frisby Jr., 54, of Kingman, Friday night in the area of Roosevelt Street and Butler Avenue in New Kingman-Butler after stopping him for an undisclosed traffic violation.
