Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Binghamton Police arrested a Democratic Broome County legislator for DWI after a crash involving a bicyclist.

According to Binghamton Police, Anthony F. Fiala Jr., 49, of 8 Stanley St. in Binghamton, was arrested for DWI just after midnight Thursday.
