New York State Police made a drunk driving arrest at the Applebee’s Curbside Pickup in Dunkirk.

Police were called to the restaurant on Vineyard Drive, where they arrested 53-year-old Kathleen Hennessy of Jamestown. Police said she failed standard field sobriety tests and submitted a blood alcohol content of .23 percent, nearly three times the limit.
