Angola man faces up to four years in prison after pleading guilty to felony DWI

An Angola man pleaded guilty to a felony charge of driving while intoxicated before State Supreme Court Judge Russell P. Buscaglia, the Erie County District Attorney’s office announced Wednesday.

David A. Rubek II, 42, who lives on Herr Road, was prosecuted on the highest charge for which he could have been convicted had he gone into trial. It is his fifth DWI, and he also had been accused of driving with a revoked license in the case.
