Victor man arrested for DUI after driving through fence

Robert Troy Mattoon, 53, of Victor, was arrested Sunday after allegedly driving through a person’s fence while drunk, beating up a woman and narrowly missing running over a 2-year-old child.

 

On Monday, Mattoon appeared before Ravalli County Justice of the Peace Jim Bailey on felony counts of criminal endangerment and DUI and misdemeanor charges of partner or family member assault, criminal mischief, reckless driving, failing to notify owner of an accident, failing to give notice of an accident by the quickest means and careless driving.
