Troopers: DWI driver said he was tying shoes

A 35-year-old motorist from Stillwater told troopers he drove into the oncoming lane Easter morning because he was trying to tie his shoes, State Police said.

 

Joshua T. Lesson was charged with driving while intoxicated after troopers stopped his car early Sunday on Route 40.
