South Florida homeowners sued over teenager’s death in drunk-driving crash after Super Bowl

WEST PALM BEACH, Florida — The parents of a South Florida teenager killed in a February drunk-driving crash have sued the homeowners where the driver attended separate parties.

The Palm Beach Post reports that the parents of 18-year-old Jamie Allen claim the two homeowners did not take adequate steps to prevent people under age 21 from gaining access to alcohol. The case is pending in Palm Beach County Circuit Court.
