Snowplow driver charged with DWI hit building, taxi

BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — Authorities say a city of Buffalo snowplow driver was drunk behind the wheel of his plow when he hit a building and a taxi cab.

Buffalo police told local media outlets that James Evans, 47, was driving a city plow truck when he hit a building near an intersection around 5 a.m. Sunday. Police say he hit a cab a short time later. The cab driver was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
