Slow driving leads to DWI for Virginia man

A Virginia man’s slow driving led to his arrest for drunk driving on Saturday, Nov. 30.

Darien Police arrested Dalvonne Deveaux, 36, of Richmond, after he drove a 2001 Ford Taurus at 15 mph down West Avenue just after midnight. Police said Deveaux was not using hazard lights to indicate a slow speed, and was driving as if he was lost or looking for something.
