The drunken-driving trial of a former Texas health commission lawyer has been rescheduled for April, once again delaying a high-stakes and hotly anticipated test for a man who recently became infamous as part of a state contracting scandal.
Jack Stick’s trial, which had been scheduled for Thursday, was reset for April 30 by the judge, prosecutor David Escamilla said.
