Police: DUI driver had stolen forklift

Shippensburg police said they arrested a man on DUI and other charges after he went for a drive in a forklift he stole from a construction site.

Frank Henry Fisher, 21, of Stewartstown, drove the forklift through a chain-link fence Sunday morning and was still dragging pieces of the fence when an officer spotted him near the intersection of E. Martin Avenue and Walters Avenue, police said in a news release.
