Plant City girl, 17, charged with DUI-manslaughter in traffic death

A 17-year-old Plant City girl has been charged with driving under the influence-manslaughter in the Feb. 2 death of a man who was delivering The Tampa Tribune.

Jennifer Carvajal hit 52-year-old Keith A. Davis’ car on Alexander Street at Interstate 4, Plant City police say. Carvajal was headed north on Alexander, ran a red light and hit Davis, who was exiting the interstate, police Sgt. Al Van Duyne said.
