Phone violation leads to DWI conviction

A Saratoga County man has pleaded guilty to felony driving while intoxicated for the third time in 10 years, and he will spend up to 3 years in state prison for the conviction.

 

Daniel E. Porter, 34, of Rexford, pleaded guilty to felony DWI in connection with a Feb. 24 arrest in the village of Fort Edward.
