Pa. woman faces DUI, possession charges after being found passed out in car

A Chambersburg, Pa., woman was found passed out Sunday morning in the driver’s seat of her car at the traffic signal for Kelly Island Road and W.Va. 9, according to Berkeley County Magistrate Court records.

 

Olivia Cheyenne Owens, 22, of Fisher Road, was later arraigned by Magistrate Robert L. Lowe II on single misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence with drugs and possession of a medication without a prescription, according to court records.
