Livingston man admits violation after DUI fatal

A Livingston man who served six months in jail for a 2001 drunken driving crash that killed his passenger has pleaded guilty to violating his probation when he was arrested on suspicion of DUI this spring.

Aaron Kent Holsinger acknowledged Friday that he violated his probation in the negligent homicide case, the Bozeman Daily Chronicle reported.
