Fourth DWI arrest; child in vehicle

An Albuquerque woman was charged with drunken driving for the fourth time on Friday after police allege her blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit while she was driving with her 7-year-old son, according to a criminal complaint filed in court.

An officer noticed the driver of a black Ford F-150 driving carelessly near Central and Eubank and pulled the driver over, according to the complaint. The officer noticed that 40-year-old driver Delynn Grine’s pupils were “pinpointed,” and she performed poorly on sobriety tests, according to the complaint.
