URBANA — An Urbana man convicted for the fifth time of driving under the influence has been sentenced to eight years in prison.

Larry Fuchs, 55, of the 300 block of Smith Road, pleaded guilty before Judge Richard Klaus Tuesday to aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol.
