Elyria man charged with seventh DUI asks to suppress blood test

A man charged with his seventh DUI is asking the court to suppress evidence in the case, according to records at Lorain County Common Pleas Court.

 

Arthur McCall, 38, of Elyria, faces two counts of drunk driving and a charge of driving under suspension, according to court records. On March 24 McCall appeared in court for an evidence suppression hearing.
