Driver charged with DUI after car crashes into Fairfield gas station, injuring four

Four people were injured and six vehicles were damaged Monday night as a car driving down exit 24 of I-95 in Fairfield crossed a roadway and slammed at high speed into a gas station/convenience store parking lot.

 

The driver, identified as Rosa Blanca Chavarria-Medina, 31,of Bridgeport, was charged with driving under the influence and operating a vehicle with a suspended license. She had minor injuries.
