DWI charge for Ulster man with 16 suspensions, 21-year record

An intoxicated Ulster County man with 16 active suspensions on his driving record and a long criminal history was arrested after a traffic stop, the Ulster Police Department said via news release.

 

David Derrico, 41, of Eddyville, Town of Ulster, was charged with driving while intoxicated and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, felonies, along with circumventing an interlock device, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors, and traffic infractions.
