Utah drunken drivers arrested over the holidays can expect to have ignition interlock devices attached to their cars by April.
But not all of those arrested will have the devices installed — a few because they won’t be convicted, but many DUI offenders choose not to comply with a court order or with an order from the state Driver License Division mandating the devices.
