DUI driver’s blood alcohol level was so high a Breathalyzer failed to measure it… but he claimed he only had two beers

Police in Iowa City say a man accused in a DUI crash was so drunk that a Breathalyzer was unable to calculate his exact blood alcohol level.

According to investigators, a woman reported she was a passenger in 28-year-old Levi B. Carter’s car early Friday. She said Carter drove off the road and slammed into a street sign.
