Convicted Drunk Driver To Judge: I’ll Continue Driving Drunk

A Mason man on Monday was found guilty and immediately sentenced for his seventh OVI offense in the last 14 years.

Warren County Judge James L. Flannery sentenced Ralph Pottorf Jr., 48, to eight years in prison, the maximum allowed by law.

According to the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office, Pottorf was driving north on U.S. Route 42 in Union Township on December 21, 2013, when he crashed into a fence on the side of the road.
