Billings man awaiting trial on DUI No. 14 in court for positive alcohol test

A man who bonded out of jail — pending resolution of his 14th DUI charge — was in District Court on Monday on a bench warrant issued after prosecutors allege he drank alcohol, violating the conditions of his release from jail.

Edwin Cuch, 62, faces a June 16 trial for what prosecutors said is his 14th DUI. Police arrested Cuch on Oct. 19, 2013, in the 600 block of North 26th Street.
