Sheila Faye Conley on Wednesday was indicted on charges of driving under the influence and making false statements to police in her Christmas Eve traffic stop, her fifth DUI arrest.
The Chatham County grand jury found that the Talahi Island resident, 55, was driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol “to the extent that it was less safe for her to drive,” based on evidence presented by Chief Assistant District Attorney Greg McConnell.
