Three men were among those charged with driving while intoxicated in separate incidents over the holiday weekend in Orchard Park, according to town police:

 

Robert Church, 54, of Orchard Park, would not stop for police and resisted arrest, causing injury to one officer late Friday night, police said.

 

Church was charged with driving while intoxicated as well as felony driving while intoxicated, because he has a prior conviction, police said. He also was charged with failing to signal a turn, resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration in the second degree, police said.
