The Colorado State Patrol and Colorado Department of Transportation are responding to the full implementation of Amendment 64 with repeated warning messages about driving while high (or drunk).
In a release Tuesday, the CSP announced it will be focused on impaired drivers in 2014. “While the agency’s commitment remains consistent with much of the its 78-year history, the execution of troopers’ enforcement operations will be tailored to the varying needs of communities across the state,” the release said.
