A Gulf Breeze man died this weekend after suffering critical injuries last month in a head-on collision with a driver under the influence of alcohol, according to a news release from the Florida Highway Patrol.
On July 7, Gregory D. Winter, 60, was admitted into critical care after a vehicle driven by Keanu W. Medina, 19, crossed several lanes of traffic, went over a concrete divider and hit Winter’s Jeep, the FHP said. Winter died from his injuries Sunday.
