Woman charged with assault, DWI pleads not guilty
A Rochester woman has been accused of driving drunk early Sunday morning when she drove onto a city sidewalk and struck a 14-year-old boy.
Lakisha D. Cribb, 36, pleaded not guilty to numerous charges, including second-degree vehicular assault, second-degree assault, driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident, all felonies, in City Court Monday morning. She is also facing more than a half-dozen traffic infractions.
