The fatal hit-and-run death of a pedestrian on Thursday is garnering the attention of agents with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission.
“Somebody makes a conscious decision to leave intoxicated, jump in a car and drive down the road, and I’m sure they’re not meaning to run over people, but it’s a bad decision,” said Captain Harry Nanos with TABC.
