Roswell police say a suspected drunk driver overcame his car’s ignition interlock device by having his teenage son blow into a Breathalyzer.
KOB-TV reports officers pulled Mario Cortez over around 1 a.m. Thursday after he was seen driving erratically with his 13-year-old in the passenger seat.
Police say Cortez told them he had his son blow into the device to get the car started.
