Recently convicted of his fifth driving under the influence felony offense — and seventh lifetime DUI offense — Jayson Lee Hof, 43, won’t pose a threat to the community for at least a decade. That’s because 3rd District Judge Molly J. Huskey sentenced Hof to serve 40 years in prison with 10 years fixed for his latest conviction, along with a persistent violator enhancement.
