FILER, Idaho (AP) – A Filer police officer who returned to the scene of a DUI arrest to look for cash the suspect believed she dropped during her field sobriety tests ended up arresting her passenger for DUI.
The Times-News reports (http://bit.ly/19j6uML ) officers were booking 28-year-old Krystal Rae Webb into the Twin Falls County jail late on Dec. 22 when she reported the missing cash.
An officer who returned to the scene saw a vehicle driving toward him in the alley and recognized Webb’s passenger as the driver. Officers arrested 47-year-old James Lloyd Parker.
