“Partridge Family” star David Cassidy’s DWI case was adjourned Wednesday in Schodack Town Court at the request of the singer’s attorney, who said an earlier plea deal remains on the table as technical legal issues are worked out.
“It’s nothing significant,” said Lucas Mihuta, an Albany attorney representing the one-time teen idol in a case that is nearly a year old. The next court date is scheduled for Sept. 3, “but it could be resolved before that,” Mihuta said.
