A Niagara Falls man, who was on probation for felony driving while
intoxicated when he was charged last fall with driving under the influence of drugs, pleaded guilty Monday in Niagara County Court.
James B. DeLong, 30, of 22nd Street, admitted to a misdemeanor count of driving while impaired, but his main legal risk is the probation violation for his 2011 felony, which could send him to state prison for as long as four years. County Judge Sara Sheldon is to sentence him April 17.
