5th DWI charge for driver
An Albuquerque man faces charges of driving drunk for the fifth time after he said his nephew – whose name he couldn’t remember – allegedly blew into the man’s ignition interlock device, according to a criminal complaint filed in Metropolitan Court.
Trinidad Rosales, 34, allegedly tried to buy alcohol at a 7-Eleven at Lomas and 12th street Thursday night, but was refused because he was drunk, according to the complaint. A caller gave police a description of the car Rosales was driving, and an officer pulled Rosales over at 12th and Indian School.
